Quality Assurance Update: DCS and CMA Criteria
At Highfield, we are continually striving to provide the highest standards of service. Our quality assurance system is designed to both support your centre and ensure that certifications through Highfield are valid and the integrity of our qualifications is maintained.
With this in mind, we would like to confirm that Direct Claim Status and Centre Managed Assessment processes across internally assessed qualifications continue to remain applicable where they previously applied.
DCS/CMA Criteria
This webinar is a great opportunity for members of our EQS team here at Highfield to speak to you about our DCS and CMA requirements and the type of information we’d need to see in order to make a DCS or CMA decision.
